Top mixologists at the Toronto Institute of Bartending have developed a range of festive holiday cocktails using the limited edition Malibu Snowflake, which is infused with real coconut flakes suspended in clear coconut rum.

Tropical Snowstorm

1.5 oz Malibu Snowflake

.5 oz Absolut Mango

2 oz White Grape Juice

Twist of lime

Preparation: Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Add a lime twist.

Arctic Snowflake

3/4 oz Malibu Snowflake

1/4 oz McGuinness Blue Curacao

Preparation: Layer Malibu Snowflake over Blue Curacao into a chilled shot glass.

Winter Whiteout

2 oz Malibu Snowflake

2 oz White Cranberry Juice

Soda Water

Twist of lemon

Preparation: Stir all ingredients over ice and in a tall chilled glass. Add a lemon twist.
